Strip 和 Strap

Strip 原意：a long narrow piece of something that is flat. 細長、扁平/平坦的東西。

Strap 原意：a strip of some kind of material used to fasten something, keep something in place, carry something or hold onto something. 用來繫東西、或握/拿東西的條狀物。

我們先看 Strip，它泛指任何細長平坦的東西，所以不廢話，直接給你平常會遇到的字...

給吃貨的你：

雞柳條（細長扁平）：Chicken strips

一條五花肉：A strip of pork belly
