翻譯經歷
我在美國任職過兩間翻譯公司的現場翻譯及電話三方翻譯，凡舉大醫院手術翻譯、學校老師與家長之間的溝通，以至民事案件翻譯。另外，我曾任美國科技重鎮矽谷一間生技公司的筆譯，目前仍處於聘約關係。然後，我目前也從事法律及商用翻譯，近一年的翻譯包含一本即將於各大書局出版的法律用書，而比較大的翻譯case包含跨國上市公司的併購案件及公司文件。翻譯作品

翻譯作品（中進英）：
一、
乙方承諾於合資契約有效期間，不得決議結束營運、解散、清算、聲請重整或宣告破產。如乙方依法令而將有上述情事，乙方應於知悉後立即通知甲方，且乙方應與甲方合作協商，使甲方取得XX公司之控制權。
Party B makes
the warranties not to introduce any resolution calling for going under,
dissolution, liquidation, re-organization, or filing of bankruptcy during the
term of the Joint Venture Agreement. In the event thereon in accordance with
the laws, Party B shall notify Party A immediately, conduct negotiations with
Party A so that Party A will gain control of XX.
二、
乙方為認購合資公司依本項規定發行新股之股款，得向金融機構辦理融資，惟合資公司因乙方融資所生之費用或損失，應由乙方負擔。
Party B may, at its option, seek financing
from financial institutions regarding its capital contribution in the Joint
Venture, provided that Party B shall indemnify the Company for all losses and
claims arising from the financing.
三、
甲乙雙方同意，合資公司辦理私募特別股交割前，應達成下列條件並經甲方審查通過，包括但不限於：

Sophisticated
practitioners usually incorporate in Delaware. First, Delaware corporation law
is generally considered to be the most sophisticated, comprehensive. It’s extremely
flexible and is updated frequently to adapt to emerging practices. It is also
the most familiar to the widest range of people, including lawyers, investors.
For this reason, venture capital investors, investment bankers and others tend
to be more comfortable with Delaware corporations.
經驗老道的律師通常會登記在特拉華州。第一，一般而言，特拉華州公司法被公認為發展最完善的公司法，其法極為靈活，也經常訂定新法，順應時下趨勢。再者，其法廣為人知，包含律師及投資人皆熟知此法規。基於此原因，創投投資人、投資銀行家等人皆偏好特拉華州的公司。
